Enrique Estrada is the founder of MMI and pastor of Spirit of Joy Community Lutheran Church in Monterrey, Mexico. Enrique holds an MDiv from Wartburg Seminary and is ordained with Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC). Enrique served for many years with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Mexico and currently serves with Inter-Lutheran Border Ministries.

Juan attended Bible School in Saltillo, Mexico under the mentorship of Pastor Enrique. Juan has served in Pastoral Ministry with several congregations in Saltillo and the Monterrey area. Juan is a very dynamic pastor as well as an accomplished worship leader.

Perla attended a Bible Institute in Rio Bravo, Mexico and is the founder of Mighty Fortress Youth Center. Perla works for MCI in Apodaca, Mexico while ministering to young people in her communiy. Perla is a very gifted servant of the Gospel.
